This picture shows the girl both smiling and crying. This is a small part of what goes on with those who have Lyme Disease.
We can help to lighten the burdens. One of the biggest problems with those who have Lyme Disease is money to pay for treatments. Well, what about health insurance? It's sad to say but most insurances are in it for the money. There is no profit for them to treat those with Lyme. It is very expensive to treat it. They come up with every excuse in the book not to pay anything.
You can help one step at a time!! Right now we are raising funds for a Lyme Literate Doctor (LLMD). He is treating many children and adults for free (my girls and I were being treated for free). But his funds are running low and he may not be able to keep doing this. He is such a caring man and cares more about people than money. But lets face it money is important. In order for him to keep treating people for free he must have money. So we are asking for all those who feel like they can donate money to please do it. The money goes directly to the clinic.
If you feel that you can do so please donate, even if it is only a dollar or spare change it would be appreciated. Please write checks or money order to the

This will benefit families like our own. Just to show you a few children who have been treated at The Tick Borne Disease Center.
If you have access to materials for concerts, dances, businesses or anything else please consider doing something for this cause.
Right now we are not helping individuals but hope to soon in the future. I will eventually do this but right now I haven't got a system set up to legally do this. But please donate to the clinics and it is legal since they deal with the taxes themselves. This helps many individuals to get free treatment by these good doctors. The Pediatric Lyme Disease Fund helps pay for the tests and medicines
for those children who wouldn't otherwise be able to afford treatment.
Please Distribute wherever you can. There was a significant increase in
donations to the fund following my last request. Heartfelt thanks to all of
you who contributed. Unfortunately, there is more going out than going in
and a continual effort to raise funds is needed.
