What precious
children we have in the world today. They
need protection and to feel secure. Most
children with lyme are not secure in
their feelings. Why is this I wonder?
Well I really don't have to wonder. I
have seen my children go through much
abuse with those who have sworn and oath
to treat and protect these children. I am
talking about those who are in the health
community.
Parents who
take a child to the doctor feel that
their children will get great care. But
instead children with Lyme are told they
are faking when all tests come back
normal. And the abuse doesn't stop there.
They have to also endure children,
teachers, priniciples and the
public/private school's ridicule. They
are often being outcased from any groups.
People are afraid of them because they
feel that Lyme is contagious.
And still if
that isn't bad enough some of the
children's parents don't even believe
their child is sick. They feel that the
child is faking. The parents accuse the
child of wanting to get attention.
Children want protection, love, security
and someone they can always count on.
Many of those children that have
neurological psychiatric problems are
being diagnosed with ADHD and other forms
of psychiatric problems. Some our put
into mental homes. Children often feel:
- Depressed,
feeling of hopelessness
|
- Suicidal thoughts
(and some actually
accomplish this)
|
- Loneliness,
feeling outcast

These are just
some of the things that happen. Please
help our children. Help them to feel
wanted. Help them pay for their
medications. Help bring seucrity to a
child's life again.
